Shipping Policy
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.90 and free shipping on orders over $200. Express shipping is offered for $18.90. Express orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days
Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard orders. Iron & Grace is closed on Mondays, therefore please only count Tuesday- Friday when calculating business days for both standard and express orders. We do our best to ship every order as soon as possible.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.
Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be made.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Return Policy
For local returns, please bring your item and receipt to our Iron & Grace location in Longmont, Colorado.
Online returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please print off and fill out our Return Merchandise form, found here, and include it in your return package.
Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned without a tag, with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, etc. may be subject to rejection.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and package protection are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will contact you via email with an option to ship the item back to the customer, or the customer may forfeit the item back to Iron & Grace. The cost of re-shipping a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 5-7 business days for all accepted returns to be processed.
NO FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS.
